Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens if my event is canceled or I can no longer attend the event?

All ticket and suite sales on SuiteHop are final. 

We urge you to reach out to a SuiteHop representative if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing tickets.

If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend your event, we can help you relist your suite/tickets on our marketplace. 

Canceled Events

SuiteHop follows the same policies as the venues if your event is canceled and not rescheduled. For events that are rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date.

If you are not able to make the new date, we can help you relist your suite/tickets on our marketplace.
