Suite Buying Timeline

Select your event, purchase your tickets, accept your ticket transfer, and attend your event!

1. Pick an Event

Navigating the site is an easy process. You can simply search for a venue, event, game, or team, and available listings will pop up automatically.

TIP: Suites can book quickly. We recommend having a few matchups or dates in mind when planning an event in case your desired event is sold out.

Click on an event to see the different seating type listings (private suite, shared suite, club seats, glass seats, field-level seats, etc.), how many tickets are available, and the all-in purchase price.

2. Select & Purchase Your Suite

There are a few things to consider when finding the perfect suite:

  1. Are there enough tickets for my guests?
  2. Are SRO tickets available to purchase if we have extra guests?
  3. Does the suite fit my budget? Keep in mind catering will be an additional charge.
  4. What are my catering options? Can we pre-order or purchase from the day-of-event menu?

The price you see on the listings is the all-in pricing. You will never see additional or hidden fees when purchasing on SuiteHop. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email is not your tickets, it is just confirming you have made a purchase. Your actual tickets will be in a separate email from the Listing Partner. 

3. Invite Guests

People are busy! We recommend sending invites at least three weeks prior to your event to ensure the best attendance.

After your purchase, ask about our partnership with NextLevelFan to help organize your ticketed events, from start to finish.

4. Pre-Order Suite Catering

If you have purchased a private suite, you have the option to order catering. If you choose to purchase catering, reach out to our suite experts! We will send you the menu, let you know how to order, and help you plan the perfect meal for your guests. 

If you don't choose to purchase catering prior to your event, day-of menus will be available in the suite and a dedicated suite attendant will be present to take your order.  Keep in mind, day-of-event menus are more selective in your choices.

Suite guests may also purchase concessions from anywhere in the venue and return to the suite to enjoy them.

5. Accept Ticket Transfer

Your tickets will be delivered to your provided email address by the seller for you to accept the transfer. Once accepted; you can transfer them to your guests.

It is not uncommon to receive your tickets 1-2 days before the event. We guarantee you will receive your tickets prior to your event. If you have not received your ticket transfer email, check your promotions and spam folder.

6. Enjoy Your Event!

Arrive in style with access to the venue's VIP entrance. Day-of-event staff will be able to direct you to the suite level and your suite. Relax and enjoy the event knowing a dedicated suite attendant will be present to assist with catering and all of your day-of-event needs.
